Retained Tooth Surgery
Surgical exposure of teeth that have not erupted correctly, with 3D planning and piezoelectric technique for minimal invasiveness.

Retained teeth are those that have not been able to erupt to their correct position due to lack of space, incorrect angulation or obstructions in the eruption path. 3D CBCT tomography evaluation allows us to plan the intervention with precision, determining the exact position of the tooth and its relationship with adjacent anatomical structures. We use Mectron piezoelectric surgery to perform surgical access with minimal invasion, preserving the health of neighboring teeth and facilitating a faster recovery.
