Costa Rica Dental Training Center (CR Dental Training Center) was founded and is academically led by Dr. Sofía Bolaños Calvo and Dr. Bryam Briceño Castellanos. Their clinical careers and more than a decade of continuing education in Costa Rica and abroad inspired a shared vision: to create a high-level dental education experience in Costa Rica that connects professionals across the region with international leaders and clinically applicable protocols.
As founders and academic directors, Sofía Bolaños Calvo and Bryam Briceño Castellanos actively participate in selecting lecturers, conceptualizing every program, designing the hands-on experience and coordinating each edition academically.

We develop intensive courses for dentists in Costa Rica, combining theory, clinical demonstrations and hands-on sessions led by international lecturers selected for their experience, clinical quality and teaching ability.
Our goal is not simply to transmit knowledge. We create immersive experiences where participants understand protocols, perform them with guidance and return to practice with tools they can incorporate predictably into their professional work.

Lunch is provided at Hotel Barceló, our course venue, optimizing the schedule and keeping participants and lecturers connected throughout the day.

An opening gathering to meet the lecturer and connect with fellow participants in a setting beyond the classroom.
Literature and certificate
We provide scientific literature and supporting materials for continued study. Participants receive an official certificate for the completed theoretical and practical program.
